Alice Mai, Chef de Cuisine & General Manager at Fishing With Dynamite, has prepared a menu of “old school” traditional seafood fare and “new school” dishes highlighting flavors from around the globe. Uncorked Wine Shops, South Bay’s favorite retail shop that features award-winning wines and champagnes, will be pouring a selection of their favorite champagnes.
