William Cole Vineyards Small Vintner Dinner

SOLD OUT- The Manhattan Wine Auction is pleased to host William Cole Vineyards as the first Small Vintner Dinner of 2012.  William Cole is a 3-acre all-estate Napa cabernet. Production is only 500-800 cases a year. The owner, William Balentine, literally does it all himself.  His wines are not rated because he doesn't need Parker or Spectator to validate he is a top California Cabernet producer.

William Cole will be serving four vintages paired with Tin Roof's wine-friendly cuisine we all know and love: The current release, 2008, upon guests' arrival; 2007 with the salad; 2006 with the main course; and 2000 with desert.
